OSMM has recruited a team of qualified, dedicated, prompt and skilled staff to assist the Management. The Crewing Staff is well versed with all crew related activities and are also trained to comply procedures as per STCW'95, ISM & I.S.O 9001-2008 requirements.

The Senior roles in this Organization are played by the following professionals:

Mr. Anil M. Mathur - Founder & Managing Director, has sailed for more than 14 years ( 10 years as Chief Engineer) on various types of vessels. After leaving sea in 1985, he took upon crew management and till date has remained personally committed and involved in the entire process of crew management. Mr. Mathur is an active member of Foreign Owners & Ship Managers Association (FOSMA). He holds a B.S degree in Marine Engineering from D.M.E.T Calcutta ( now M.E.R.I)

Capt. Tarun- Senior Manager, has more than 15 years of sailing experience. He has been instrumental in setting up various in-house training programs and extensive briefing procedures, that have played a pivotal role in attracting and retaining quality seamen. Capt. Tarun holds his Masters License from U.K.

Ms. Viraya Mascarenhas - Senior Crew Manager , has over 12 years of experience in crew management. Prior to joining OSMM, she had significant work experience in local authorities such as D.G. Shipping and Mercantile Marine Department. Ms. Viraya obtained her training in Crewing from Norway
